We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Bookkeeper to work for a diverse organisation based in Bramdean, Hampshire. Our organisation is a charity which runs a senior boarding school, a day primary school, a retreat centre and a foundation office.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Providing clerical and administrative support to our Bookkeeper
- Gathering and checking invoices for completeness in preparation for monthly supplier run
- Liaising and obtaining authorisation for invoice payments from other departments
- Assigning nominal codes and entering supplier invoices on Sage
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

**Part-Time - 8 to 15 hours a week**

**Salary: £4,700 to £8,800 per annum or £11.30 per hour**
