**The Job**
- _Selling our customers their idyllic dream homes._
- _Being proactive by making outbound telephone calls on a daily basis and providing help & support to our customers during their move, as well as generating new business._
- _Booking valuations with potential new vendors, registering customers details on our extensive database and arranging viewings for prospect buyers. We also upsell our additional services such as mortgage advice and helping our clients choose a quality local solicitor._
- _Accompanying customers on viewings and taking part in morning meetings to share useful information and updates with the team._
- _Striving to hit branch targets as well as your own personal goals._
- _Offering an outstanding service to all of our customers and maintaining great communication amongst the team._

**The Person**

**The Package**
- **Basic Salary**:£30,000 (plus commission and car allowance).
- **On Target Earnings**:£30,000 - £35,000
