**What you’ll be doing**:
As Order Fulfilment & Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Working as part of the Order Fulfilment & Logistics Team in line with business processes to support end to end order processing function and support continuous improvement.
- Receiving purchase orders for all products (systems and spares) and validating the orders.
- Liaising with planners for delivery confirmation and distribution of order acknowledgements accordingly.
- Acting as the main interface between the Order Fulfilment Department and all interested parties.
- Monitoring orders throughout the production process, ensuring any delays or risks are communicated back to all interested parties.
- Liaising with relevant parties to ensure orders are shipped in accordance with instructions.
- Performing end of contract reviews and ensuring all documentation is complete.

**Location**:
Our product is large and heavy and cannot be taken home, so most of our product facing roles require you to be on site 5 days per week. For employees who are based in the office who are not product facing, we offer them the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.

- GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous experience in a customer orientated role
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Business Central systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
