**About the role**

We’re seeking an
**Independent End Point Assessor within Business Services for Associate Project Manager, Operational Departmental Manager and Business Administration standards** to join our End Point Assessment Team. This will see you working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. Added to this, you will be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.

As an IEPA, you will play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessment(s).

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering EPA in line with the standard(s)
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
- Communicating with apprenticeships, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

- Are a qualified Assessor or prepared to complete this
- ** Excellent knowledge and understanding of the** **apprenticeship standards - Associate Project Manager (APM), Operational Departmental Manager (ODM) and Business Administration (BA) standards**:

- Current, relevant occupational knowledge and expertise, at the relevant level of the occupational area(s) they are assessing - level 3, level 4 and level 5 or above, which has been gained through “hands on” experience in the profession within the last 5 years for Business Admin, APM and ODM
- Must hold a formal assessor qualification at, or equivalent to, Regulated Qualification Framework level 3
- Have experience of producing clear and accurate reports
