Job Title: Senior Care Worker

Location: The Knowle Care Home, Preston

Hours: Full time 12 hour shifts

**Salary**: £13.18 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team at The Knowle Care Home. As a Senior Care Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and support provided to our residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication in accordance with the care plan.
- Oversee the care provided by other care workers, ensuring that all care is delivered to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members as required.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting.
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to care homes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts.

Pay: £13.18 per hour
