Contracts Supervisor

**Mitie Property Services (UK) Ltd seek a Supervisor with previous experience in Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment and replacement in Social Housing.**
Working in and around the Plymouth Region
- You will be the first point of contact for both the client, tenants, sub-contractors and direct labour.
- Attend pre-start meetings and post completion meetings as the Principal Contractors representative.
- Ensure programs and progress are adhered to by allocating the correct tradespeople and/or contractors as per the program of works.
- Attend day 1 openings for both void and tenanted properties to ensure compliance.
- Make regular site visits ensuring quality control and health and safety.
- Attend handover/inspection ensuring expectations of all stakeholders have been achieved.
- Ensure all compliance certificates are forward to the client.
- Applicants must have basic computer competency.
- Applicants must be able to evidence previous experience in supervising or delivering kitchen and bathroom projects.
- A full driving licence is required
- Must hold a recognised qualification or have a minimum of 5 years checkable experience.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and be a team player.
- Conversant with relevant legislation and compliance issues
- Good knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety
- Must be self-motivated and be a good motivator.
- Should have a “Can Do” approach and portray a positive attitude
- Must have good customer service skills
