Working as a Supply Teacher no two days are the same. You will be responsible for directing, enhancing and engaging in the learning experience of pupils under your care in a vibrant environment without having the responsibility of lesson planning of marking.
**Supply Teacher responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Ensure the best possible progress and academic outcomes for students by delivering engaging and differentiated pre-planned lessons.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies and ethos.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be able to work collaboratively with other staff members
- Have an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to teaching.
