**Overview**:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the key focus of the role will be to ensure a smooth administrative process is in place to process student enrolments. The post holder will be required to work closely with the BSC Sales Teams, Finance and IT to ensure a seamless Student Journey from enquiry through to booking and payment stage.

**Admissions**
- Responsible for all aspects of the Student Journey from enquiry through to payment, including any necessary booking chases or follow up
- Implement efficient and effective systems and processes through ongoing review and revision in line with agreed standards
- Working with the Commercial Team, ensure the work of the Client Success Team complies with BSC regulations and policies
- Working alongside the Compliance and Safeguarding Team, ensure that admissions policies and procedures are compatible with the detection and prevention of student fraud such as identity, visa and qualification checks
- Manage complaints relating to the services provided by the Client Success team and ensure outcomes impact future policy and processes
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements including Equality and Data Protection Acts
- Contribute to the wider business through sharing of best practice with the wider community and supporting business development opportunities

**Accommodation**
- Working in conjunction with the Operations team, support the development of BSC policy, processes and documentation relating to accommodation
- Supporting the day-to-day activities of the Accommodation Team, delivering efficient and customer facing service at all times
- Liaise with agents, students and internal stakeholders throughout the student journey, from enquiry through to departure
- Manage workload and handle high volume of requests throughout the busy periods

**Specific Role Requirements**
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-cultural supervisory role in either education or hospitality
- Experience in the education sector, including awareness of international education systems is desirable
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
