You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating tills, checking stock, restocking goods, arranging merchandise displays, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.

**You must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years, have a legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting.**

- This is a **permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week. Shifts range between 0630 and 2100**, leaving your weekends free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

**A day in the life of a Retail Assistant/Barista**:

- Serving customers, taking payments, and keeping accurate records.
- Receiving and putting out deliveries, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays of merchandise.
- Stock taking, ordering, and notifying line manager of any deficient goods.
- Cleaning front and back of house areas, keeping shop and stock rooms tidy.
- Reporting to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified in the workplace.
- Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
- Learning to open and close the retail unit.
- Barista coffee making to our brand of 53.3 drinks.
- Serving of hot paninis and cold foods.

**You will be set up for success if you have**:

- Resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- The ability to pass full security vetting CTC required.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
- Customer service experience desirable.
- Must be comfortable working alongside a team and occasional lone working
