The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cover Supervisor to work in a school setting in Hereford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school by providing cover for absent teachers and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, following the school's policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behaviour effectively and promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.
- Support students in their learning by offering guidance and assistance, fostering their academic progress and personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for the smooth facilitation of lessons and classroom management.
