## Duties
- Develop and implement care plans for individuals
- Provide leadership and support to service users
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Utilise IT systems to record information accurately
Assist with daily living skills, cleaning, cooking and accessing the community, budgeting money.

- Proficient in creating and implementing care plans
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support service users
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT skills to record and maintain accurate information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
