Our client, a leading motor group are currently looking for a **Sales Administrator** to join their business based out of their Audi Crewe dealership. This position will play a very important part in achieving our organisational goals.

With great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy, a **Sales Administrator** will be able to provide exceptional administration support to the sales team to help them exceed their objectives. Putting customer needs at the heart of everything they do and focus on delivering complete customer satisfaction in an organised manner.

About the role of **Sales Administrator**
- Liaise with the Sales team and process vehicle orders in line with sales order, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements.
- Liaise with Sales team and completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
- Complete all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration, insurance, road tax)
- Manage the stock management system, reporting any technical problems as necessary.
- Keep stock list records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet cars as appropriate.
- Advise the Sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status.
- Provide appropriate data input for centre financial reporting and customer database management purposes.
