The company undertakes insurance repair and reinstatement works in all domestic and commercial environments, with expertise in interior and exterior renovation. **The Role**
Our operatives are responsible for completing repair works as directed via a strict schedule of works and for achieving and maintaining high standard of work that ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a **hands on site supervisor** to join our ever growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with site personnel to deliver project finishes to a high standard, on time and within budget. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in managing building sites, from demolition to snagging lists, liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers whilst not being afraid to get their hands dirty themselves. A good general and well-rounded awareness of activities on building sites is essential for this role.

- This is a full time position and our working hours are 07:30 - 16:30._

**Main Responsibilities**
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide labour to a high standard.
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor the performance of operatives and subcontractor’s on site and in accordance with the project’s schedule of works. Provide regular updates to management team.
- Maintain a tidy and safe site at all times.
- Ensure site is compliant in Health & Safety and good building practice.
- Ensure project is delivered as per project scope, drawings and compliant to building regulations.
**Key requirements and skills**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in general building
- Minimum 2 years experience in site management
- Mature knowledge and experience of the building industry and site activities
- Proven track record of luxury renovation works (portfolio or photographs preferred)
- Competent client managerial skills and good communication skills as you will be working in high-net worth customer’s homes
- Must have own basic tools and PPE
- Must have full driving licence
- Live within a commutable distance of our sites ( Home Counties and London)
- SSSTS and SMSTS
- Well organised with an ability to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail, immense pride in own working standards and admirable work ethic
- CSCS card or willing to obtain this
- CIS registered or willing to become registered
- Good spoken and written English
- Teamwork
- To use own initiative and independent working
**Experience**:
- Site Management: 2 years (required)
- General construction: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and own vehicle (required)
- CSCS card or willing to obtain this (required)
- CIS registration or willing to become registered (required)
