**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry tasks to ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary training and resources.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a human resources role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in English and Spanish is particularly beneficial.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to analyse HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £28,046.00 per year
