**Responsibilities**:

- Receive digital files for progressing clients received from our sales team
- Format the files, add additional documentation and forward to clients
- Ensure the file is returned in a timely fashion
- Chase outstanding documentation
- Submit intact files to lenders
- Pro-actively engage with customers, solicitors and lenders etc to ensure funding occurs as required
- Forward completed files for review
- Answer incoming calls on a rota basis
- Additional general office duties as required
