**Junior.Net DataSwitch Developer
Job Description**:
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the Junior DataSwitch Developer (JDD) would be part of the team responsible for the continued maintenance and development our Integration Product DataSwitch. The JDD will also be responsible for business-as-usualdevelopment task along with development of new functions and features from the roadmap where required.

They should want to work in a business process orientated environment and solve genuine business issues within the manufacturing and distribution sector. They should have desire to learn new technologies and suggest improvements where needed.

**Role**:
The Junior.Net developer would take specifications, workshop output and design briefs and develop software to meet the needs of any software development projects.

The JDD will be responsible for and will be supported in the process of maintaining knowledge of the latest software development tools, patterns, and methodology. Plus, be involved with support calls, 3rd line support of the product, bug fixes, and roadmap tasks.

Documentation and Reporting

**Reporting & Measures**:

- Quantitative figures include but not restricted to; support calls closed, and Jira issues resolved
- Qualitative measures will be based around impact on the product and improvements made, alongside peer reviews
