Your goal will be to lead the development of technologies that make the software in our vehicles safer and more reliable. As Chapter Leader in Testing Environments (Machines, Robotics & HiL), you will shape the vision and roadmap of future test technologies. You will ensure seamless integration of test environments with other systems, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems, and configuration management tools. You will colloborate closely with technology vendors, especially those providing HiL platforms or robotic components, to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues. You will have a deep understanding and knowledge in specific HiL tools (like dSPACE, National Instruments, or ETAS) and robotic systems (like ABB, KUKA, or FANUC).

**Knowledge, skills & experience**

**Essential**
- Experience with In-the-Loop XIL testing methodologies MIL, SIL and HIL.
- Experience developing and architecting test system solutions and frameworks.
- Experience working with embedded software architectures and devices.
