This is a brilliant opportunity for a Geography Graduate to join our successful and well establish client based in Maidstone, Kent.

**The Role**:

- Ensure that orders are inputted accurately to agreed timescales
- Deal with complaints and customer queries
- Ensure that customer queries are responded to as soon as possible and dealt with to the highest level
- Provide product knowledge to an extent to be able to answer queries to customers and in-house

**Personal Specification**:

- Ability to demonstrate a professional and reliable work ethic
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Hold a Geography a 2:2 or above in a Geography degree
- Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail and order inputting
