**Ski Chalet Administrator**

Full-time/Part-time hybrid role with at least **3 days at the Leo Trippi offices** near Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

We’re now looking for a **Ski Chalet Administrator** to join our Product and Marketing team as we continue to elevate the Leo Trippi brand.

**The job in three bullet points**:

- Upload and maintain luxury chalet listings on our website.
- Liaise with property partners to ensure imagery, descriptions, services, and pricing are always up to date.
- Develop deep knowledge of our portfolio, becoming the go-to person for all things product.

**Some examples of what you will be doing daily**:

- Creating and updating chalet listings in our CMS, including writing property descriptions and managing imagery (Photoshop training provided)
- Keeping pricing and availability up to date using our internal systems
- Communicating with suppliers to verify property information and secure the latest images and service updates
- Supporting portfolio growth by sourcing and crafting new listings from our partners
- Suggesting new properties that align with our brand and product standards
- Occasionally assisting with content updates to our online magazine and resort pages, with a focus on SEO
- Supporting the Concierge team by helping maintain up-to-date restaurant guides and resort activity articles

**Requirements**:

- A passion for skiing and the mountains
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using content management systems
- A meticulous eye for detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and show initiative
- Some knowledge of SEO is helpful but not essential
