Are you extremely customer focused, a great administrator and have the ability to work under pressure? if so, do you fancy earning up to £26,400 a year as one of our Service/Parts Support Advisors?
Joining the Car Supermarket team as a Service Support Advisor, you will provide support to the Aftersales Manager by ensuring our customers have an enjoyable, hassle-free experience.
Our Service Support Advisors are individuals who have a friendly and welcoming approach, who are customer focused, well presented and highly organized. Ideally you will have experience of working in a service/aftersales team, but not essential as full training will be given. Working as a fundamental part of our Aftersales team you will liaise directly with customers to answer their queries including taking telephone bookings and providing progress updates, this is in addition to ensuring that all the relevant records and administrative processes are completed. You must also be able to work well in a high-volume environment. Please note to be considered for this role you must possess a full driving license.
