**Overview**:
The Ealing Child and Young People's service (The EASY Project) is developing and we are looking for an empowering and dynamic Team Leader to support, lead and develop our service, team, partnership working approach and local community to establish a great service in Ealing.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a leader with a keen interest and understanding in Children and YP services for Ealing. The role will be reponsible for developing our existing team within the EASY Project, and identifying local needs to make our service offer proactive, preventative and meaningful to meet the local need for our young people in Ealing.

The role is supported by senior management across the organisation and locally, and will allow for you to use your innovation, flare, partnership working skills and knowledge of this specialist sector to make the service accessible for young people who want help with their drug and/or alcohol use.

The pandemic has seen an increase in mental health and substance misuse especially for children and young people, and locally, we want to provide a service that moves with the flow of these changes in trends, whist also supporting and working closely with partners such as Children's Social Services, Youth Offending Services, CAMHS and Education.
