**The role**
As a Passes and Permits Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3 in creating and issuing personnel and vehicle passes to all personnel and visitors.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

- Control and secure the custody of passes and permits prior to issue - blank security forms are Unclassified. Blank ID cards are to be treated as Sensitive documents and safeguarded in accordance with JSP440. (Military Policy control entrance policy - Joint service publication)
- Carry out completion checks before issuing pass/permit to the recipient - including all relevant security checks following strict GDPR regulations.
- Collating of any required documentation for the completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) vetting of passes and permits for dependants, contractors, and social personnel - ensure correct completion of all documentation.
- Additional admin responsibilities and the business demands

This role is full time and based onsite at RAF High Wycombe.

**Essential experience of the Passes and Permits Supervisor**:

- Supervisory and team management skills with previous evidence of team leadership and mentoring and the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a small team.
- Implementing of processes and policies and strong and sustainable planning, organisational and communication skills
- Proven Customer Focus experience.

**Qualifications for the Passes and Permits Supervisor**:
