We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around Leeds (south).

You'll be providing care and support to adults in the community with complex care needs which may include:

- Learning Difficulties
- Medication Administration
- PEG
- Epilepsy
- Tracheostomy Care
- Oxygen Administration / Ventilation
- Moving and Handling
- General Personal Care tasks

We are looking for bank workers and will have part-time and full-time roles with Days, Nights, Weekends and Evenings available. Our work covers the South Leeds area including Beeston, Hunslet, Rothwell, Swillington, Morely and Glidersome

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is an advantage, but not essential.

**Requirements**:

- Previous care experience is preferred
- Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle is essential
