**The role**
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic sales manager to lead the UK trade (B2B) sector-focused team, as well as growing the architect and hospitality sectors.
Your team will be one of your main priorities. You’ll manage three project executives and an account manager, ensuring they’re motivated, inspired and have a clear understanding of their pipeline and key accounts to drive maximum revenue and ensure quarterly targets are met.
**Your responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and grow a high-performing, sector-focused sales team
- Drive revenue growth by actively working with key accounts, architects and hotels
- Identify and develop new business in your sector or the wider team’s sectors
- Prepare monthly sales reports, metrics and performance dashboards using HubSpot
- Deliver CPD style ‘lunch & learn’ presentations to architects and specifiers
- Self-generate new business meetings with target customers via cold calling, networking and digital mediums
**Your skills, qualities and experience**
- Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience - preferably within interiors, high-end hospitality or property development
- Proven track record of inspiring and leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment
- An effective coach who understands the value of coaching sales culture
- Proven ability to deliver targets
- Proficient in using HubSpot sales professional
