**Lettings Negotiator - Derby**

Basic Salary: £24,000 to £27,000
On Target Earnings: £25,000 to £30,000

We are a leading independent estate agent, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process incoming rental enquiries
- Arrange viewings with potential tenants
- Follow up viewings and feedback to landlords
- Ensure all details are up to date for vacant properties
- Deal with all incoming communications effectively (internal and external)
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Resolve complaints and escalate queries
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
- Set up and process tenancy files
- Preparation of all legal documents including Tenancy Agreements

**Skills & Experience**
- 2 Years industry experience is preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem solver, including complaints and negotiations
- Great relationship builder
- Excellent administration skills

**What is in it for me?**

- Monday - Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm, one in three Saturdays 9.00am - 12.00pm.

**Certifications**
- Full clean drivers licence (required)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
