Revolucion de Cuba is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader to join the team and support the our restaurant operation while supporting with the running of our late night and drinks business. We are looking for an Supervisor who can show a good mixture of food and drinks experience within their current or previous roles. That means if you are from either a restaurant or a bar you will fit in perfectly.

Revolución de Cuba Belfast comes to life in a stunning grade listed building in the heart of Belfast. The business seamlessly blends everything from a busy restaurant and bar right through to a lively late night. The team here have cemented themselves in the city and are well known for delivering exceptional service, mouth-watering food and drink along with showstopping entertainment. We've had a very successful first few years in the city but are ready to take the business forward and reach new heights.

As an Team Leader within our business you will be given your own KPIs and personalised development plan. You will have been in an Supervisor or Team Leader role for at least 12 months. Ideally you will have had experiences within the food side of the business, as well as late night. You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards.
