**Job brief**

We are looking for an Office Administrator for Lift/Escalator activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will assist with schedules, daily information/assignments and communicate progress to all team members and clients.

Administrator responsibilities include preparing action plans, assisting with tasks, and gathering necessary information. For this role, you will work directly with highly experienced Lift Consultants/Technical Assistants, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Ultimately, you will ensure our services meet quality standards and are completed on time.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Create and update workflows
- Be aware of risk analyses
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams, clients and key stakeholders
- Order resources, like office equipment and software
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Monitor MM progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Act as the point of contact for all clients/participants
- **Requirements**:

- Work experience as an Administrator or similar role (Lift Industry experience would be desirable however, training shall be given)
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Team spirit and excellent work ethic
- Computer literacy must be well above elementary levels
- Complete Microsoft skillset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
