We have partnered with our client, a leading IP law firm who are now looking for a Patent Secretary to join their friendly team.

If you have 2+ years' experience working in Patents and are looking for a new and exciting challenge, or perhaps a step up from the trainee or junior job title then this is the ideal role for you.

This firm have amazing offices in the city + hybrid working. Key responsibilities:

- Preparing bundles
- Travel arrangements for fee earners
- Diary management and managing deadlines
- Inbox management
- Organising client meetings
- Updating the case management system
- Billing
- General administration To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a similar role within patents, have strong attention to detail, be highly organised, thrive on working as part of ateam and a great communicator.
