JOB TITLE: Field Sales - Recyclable Plastic Sales
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic (£70,000 - £80,000 OTE uncapped)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

The ROLE
The successful Business Development Manager will be required to do the following:
*Generate sales and develop a diverse customer base for our client's range of scrap and recycled plastics,
*You will receive multiple scrap plastic loads daily from our global buying teams.
*These need to be analysed in detail to make sure you have a thorough understanding of the product.
*Find customers and negotiate top market pricing for the plastic.
*Manage ongoing negotiations, incoming new opportunities, and customer development.
The CANDIDATE
You will need to be an experienced and successful field sales person possessing the following experience and attributes:
*A successful track record in selling plastics in a fast-changing market.
*A track record in developing a high volume of new business accounts.
*Able to execute deals daily in a dynamic, fast-changing market.
*A disciplined and consistent approach to building relationships, utilising the CRM, and hunting for your own leads to keep a full pipeline of opportunities.
*An ethical approach to business with an inquiring, optimistic and persistent mindset.
