As SEO Manager, you’ll be working in our Audience Development team. Audience Development is charged with growing GCN’s scale through best in class operational work, creative forward thinking and a focus on our community.

The purpose of the SEO Manager role is to support the content teams across Play Sports with keyword research and content knowledge, planning and understanding, plus assisting with technical SEO for Play Sports’ web properties such as our shops and the GCN+website.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver insight and opportunities for content creation to editorial teams across the business
- Ensure that websites are optimised from the perspective of technical SEO
- Be a champion for SEO within the business
- Become a key stakeholder for the Product team to consult with
- In conjunction with the Business Intelligence team, monitor and report on traffic and rankings for PSN websites
- Provide training and mentoring for how to create content which ‘works for search’ to the business

Skills and experience
- To have worked in a publishing/editorial setting
- Solid technical SEO experience
- Understanding of SEO tools and reporting
- Experience with SEO in multiple languages
