**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
To provide technical administration to the sustainable chemistry and wider consulting team, with respect to sustainability-based project work. Providing general administration support to all functions within the consulting teams.
**Main duties**:
- General administrative support for sustainable chemistry programs including but not limited to raising invoices, logging samples received, postage etc.
- Assisting with the setting up and writing of reports and creating and issuing certificates to clients.
- Template management for technical reports.
- All administration in relation to Chem-MAP and Vegan Verification.
- Support the Booking-In function for receiving and receipting samples for testing in the laboratory when required.
- General office administration for all functions within consulting including but not limited to ordering standards for testing, contract reports, standard operating procedures, creating electronic forms, filing and any other administration as required.
- Supporting with writing articles and copy to support the marketing strategy.
- Using our CRM to forecast sales and log commercial opportunities.

- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
- A positive “can-do” attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy commercial environment
- Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, with rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines and competing demands
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task and plan work effectively and work on their own when required
- Confident using all Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- A flexible approach to working additional hours when required
