Required: Proven Application / Software Support for Cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS; knowledge of Python Scripting

Rapidly expanding high tech company requires an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide support for Cloud / AWS hosted data solutions. Joining a newly created team, this is an exciting time to join the team as they continue to scale at an incrediblerate.

**Key Duties**:

- Providing highest levels of support and service to inhouse Support & Development teams, ensuring issues are understood clearly and resolved quickly
- Investigating issues by interrogating logs, data sources and APIs, escalating to correct teams
- Basic development of operational scripts to automate processes
- Supporting data uploads from telemetry devices to AWS

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Python Scripting language (or similar)
- Knowledge of JIRA ticketing systems and ITIL & Service Management would be highly advantageous
- First class communication skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced, complex environment
