**Administrator - Transport and Logistics - Home Based role**
**Salary up to £21,500K Base**
**Our Client is a market leader in the Logistics Industry**
**Key Duties**:
**Delivering an exceptional Client Experience**
- Assist the Client Experience team with all administrative tasks, such as, processing orders, new bookings, internal queries logs, updating internal IT systems.
- Answer inbound and outbound telephone calls and enquiries for the Client Experience team when they are not in the office and take appropriate action to resolve the calls or escalate as necessary
- Proactive tracking of all deliveries and liaising with suppliers as and when required.
**General areas of work**:
You will be required to:
- Work on your own initiative in an efficient and professional manner as part of an overall team.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Deal with customers, partners and colleagues in a professional, polite, efficient and courteous manner.
- Be available to perform other duties from time to time and to assist in other areas of the business as dictated by temporary situations or needs.
- Attend training as deemed necessary.
