**The Role**

We’re looking for a passionate motion designer who can work closely with our Motion Lead and our leading in-house creative, strategy and digital teams, to deliver a best-in-class service to our global technology brand clients, working across a wide range of 2D and 3D design and animation of motion graphics for multiple campaigns, social, websites and client channels.

**Overall Objectives**
- Working closely with the Motion Lead to ensure the Motion Team is running smoothly
- Working with the Motion Lead to manage and mentor the team of motion designers
- Assist (when needed) the Creative Services Director with the day-to-day management of freelance motion resource
- Working closely with the Creative Director & Motion Lead in client proposals
- Leveraging key trends in motion creation and ideation to wow the client
- Help develop and grow the motion team, as well as Revere’s motion offering

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with creatives on the storyboarding process
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Be an enthusiastic follower of graphic, web, social and technological trends
- Keep abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work
- Comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
- Be a good team player; willing to collaborate as well as receive feedback from colleagues to ensure excellent delivery
- Assist in the management of motion graphic designers and their creative execution
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to the Motion Lead as required
- Help to identify team training requirements; procedural, skills, personal development

**The Person**

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Have a passion for everything; motion, audio, film and 3D
- Have advanced After Effects animation skills with plugin knowledge, advanced C4D skills including high-level animation, rendering and lighting, and modelling
- Advanced knowledge of editing techniques using Premiere Pro
- Be a people person, like to work with others and collaborate daily
- Experience in character design and animation
- Have creative flair and originality
- Have outstanding motion ideation skills
- An understanding of audio and multitrack sound recording
- Be overly obsessive about everything technical and 2D and 3D
- Understanding the needs of the client services team to show awareness

of day-to-day client demands
- An ability to understand new ideas quickly and to convey those ideas to others
- Enjoyment of working and sharing ideas with other members of the team
- Understand what it is like to work in an agency and understand what the term ‘agency life’ means
- Extensive and demonstratable experience in motion graphic design, including video production design and animation
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Be able to take direction well from senior members of the team
- Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to multi-task when required i.e can work on your own projects whilst helping check other team member’s work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animation & VFX or Motion Graphics preferred
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing high-end motion design skills
