**Job Title**: Cyber Service Delivery Lead

**Salary**: Up to £65,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manages the end to end delivery of cyber operational services to ensure that the needs of customers and users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
- Responsible for deriving, monitoring and reporting on service performance
- Manage service performance reviews to ensure effective delivery of relevant services, providing clear guidance and direction for improvement based on business knowledge and experience
- Provide internal and external Service Reports as required, including but not limited to Monthly SOFT Reports, Monthly executive summary and KPI performance reports
- Consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
- Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Experience of operating in or working with a Security Operations Centre
- Knowledge of managing service risks and issues
- Continual Service Improvement and supporting methodologies such as Lean

Desirable:

- Knowledge of working within a SIAM operating model would be beneficial

**The Cyber Security Service Team**:
The team works alongside cyber security technical and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of an outcome focused and repeatable cyber service. This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of services. A principal of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through process improvement and performance management, extending also to embedding service principles into the design and implementation of new cyber security capabilities.

**Why BAE Systems?**

All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
