Glazing and Servicing Operative

Our working area covers mainly South London (Southwark) but also carry out occasional works in Surrey, West Sussex, Hounslow and Kent areas.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs to existing windows and doors and replace required parts, including tilt & turn windows
- Carry out spring balance renewals to sash windows
- Be able to glaze single glass and double glazed units into all types of frames
- Carry out surveys for works that are required
- Work on their own but also in a team
- Use the company app to document their work and take photos
- Complete work in a timely manor
- Have attention to detail, work to a high standard of quality and have pride in their work
- Be able to solve issues if they arise
We are looking for someone who is reliable, has the drive and willingness to learn new skills and techniques. If you feel you have these qualities then please apply.
Job Information:
- The position is CIS self employed, using a CIS payroll company.
- We require 3 years of window and door installing experience as a minimum.
- Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Company Van with fuel card
- PPE Provided
- Health & Safety Training Provided
- We require a fully valid and clean UK Driving Licence
- This is a Full time, permanent position
- Salary: £35,000.00 to £39,000.00 per year
