We are looking for two Business Change Managers (Comms and Strategy) to join our business transformation project for a an initial period of 23 months. The organisation is embarking on a re-procurement of its outsourced business process services through 'theRainbow Programme’. The Programme is of critical importance and presents an exciting opportunity for the organisation to transform its operating model to deliver business efficiencies and strategic goals.

Job description

The role will involve working closely with the business, programme and project teams to ensure that the business is ready, willing, and able to transition to the required new ways of working to achieve their project’s transition state.

Person specification
- Experience in managing business change and working in a change management environment across complex, large-scale business transformation projects
- Experience of working with and for multiple Directorates.
- Experience of delivering business change across multiple business areas
- Experience planning, shaping and delivering business change engagement across Directorates/ Divisions/ BAU areas through a variety of different routes and styles
- Delivering results:

- Professional qualification in change management, benefits management, project management or membership of a relevant body
- Experience in overseeing project business change.
- Experience of working in a transformational environment.
- An understanding of project management and methodologies
- Experience developing benefits management strategies and frameworks to support projects in evaluating outcomes.
