Salon Receptionist

Is able to work on a **part time** basis the following hours: Thursday 9-6 (Thursday shifts up to Christmas would be 12-7:30) Friday 9-6 Saturday 9-6 - Takes pride in their personal appearance. - Has a welcoming and warm personality. - Is an outstanding communicator. - Is calm under pressure. - Is customer centric. - Has good organisational skills. - Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Has a positive "can do" attitude. - Leads by example. - Is adaptive to feedback. - Is a people person - Wants to contribute to a positive work environment. - Has good computer skills. - Has previous experience in a customer facing role. **What can we offer you?** - A positive and supportive work environment. - Complimentary hair services. - Discount on all our retail lines. - Pension scheme. - Ongoing training. - Career development opportunities. - Access to our wellbeing programme with tonnes of value. - A week off at Christmas. **The job role includes**:Meet & greet, organising/booking appointments, guest check out, basic stock management anad ordering, staff holiday and attendance recording, working with basic budgets and targets, liasing with other team members to ensure smooth running of the salon, key holding and opening/closing, working with our salon software, building relationships with guests aswell as suppliers, working closely with salon owner with admin tasks.
