Volunteer Journalist

Join the Little Lives UK's office team in Poole as a volunteer Journalism Intern and help us to build on our charity's reputation online, reach more people to support, build on your own journalistic skills and help children around the UK who are living with disabilities or are from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Your main responsibilities in this role are:

- Conducting research to uncover interesting and significant news about the charity sector and our charity.
- Gathering, corroborating and interpreting data.
- Interviewing key persons (sources etc.) to obtain more information.
- Contacting news and media outlets to get stories published.

This role would be great for an individual who is looking to build on their journalistic skills, wants to build up their CV with work with a charity and someone who is looking for a university placement with a charity. Please note that this is an unpaid position.
