Financial Accountant - PQ / Finalist (HYBRID) - As part of a small Head Office Finance Function, the Financial accounting role is the focal point for Cash Forecasting, Cash Management and Group Consolidation of this fast growing business.

Hybrid working -3 days in the office and 2 working from home per week
**Description**
The Financial Accountant - PQ / Finalist (HYBRID) role involves:
**Duties**:
Manage the fortnightly cash forecasting process and prepare a Group cash consolidation, using P&L and Balance Sheet budgets and forecasts to support cash forecasting
Produce weekly cash snap shots to ensure appropriate funding within Group companies, identifying liquidity shortfalls etc
Monitoring Bank covenants, ensuring cash forecasts identify any future issues in meeting covenants
Provide analysis on the movements between actual and forecast and recommend corrective action.
Ensuring internal controls are adhered to on all banking transactions
Prepare monthly financial Group Consolidation, P&L, Balance & Cashflow
Oversea Op Co Balance Sheet accounts are appropriately reconciled each month and ensure Group consolidated Balance Sheet is understood and reliable.

Finance Director and Finance Managers
Credit Control & Purchase Ledger
External key stakeholders i.e. banking relationship directors and auditors
**Profile**
- be part-qualified / finalist level CIMA/ACCA/ACA, or qualified by experience.
- have experience of Group Consolidation
- Strong cash management experience
- Strong Excel modelling knowledge
- Able to demonstrate an aptitude to analyse business processes and clearly communicate the results of any analysis
**Job Offer**
The Financial Accountant - PQ / Finalist (HYBRID) role offers a base salary of £50-55,000, plus hybrid working, and study support.
