Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain cleaning standards at all site locations in your portfolio.
- Monitor and manage staff performance in terms of cleanliness standards, work performance, and behaviour on site.
- Implement and manage cleaning schedules and procedures that meet the needs of the facility and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of sites and monthly audits to ensure high standards and quality of cleaning being performed and stock control.
- Provide induction and refresher training to staff.
- Encourage and motivate staff to achieve high standards of work.
- Perform cleaning duties as necessary to cover sickness and holidays for our onsite cleaning operatives.
- Train and educate new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working condition and that there is an adequate supply of cleaning materials.
- Build and maintain positive site-level client relationships.
- Provide regular, accurate, and reliable communication to the Operations Manager.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to cleaning services and staff performance.
- Working with the operations manager to maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and cleaning equipment maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services.
- Identify opportunities for IPAF/PASMA/(other ad hoc) training for high level/Specialist cleaning.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks with an ever-changing workload.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A driving license.
- A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organized.
- Self-motivated, confident, and engaging approachable manner with a ‘can-do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.

Pay: £13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
