Our client is an established car parking company seeking a HR Administrator to work alongside and offer daily support to their Senior HRBP. The HR Administrator will be responsible for assisting the department in providing efficient and effective servicesto all employees, and to support Managers/Directors in meeting their business objectives.
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to several HR disciplines including; recruitment, L&D, D&G and employee relations.
**Responsibilities for theHR Administrator**
- To support the Assistant HR Business Partner with the full employee life cycle from recruitment to leavers
- To ensure all systems are managed accurately and databases are kept up to date in line with GDPR regulations
- To ensure that files and records are maintained, stored and retrieved appropriately including the HRIS BreatheHR system
**Key Skills & Experience for the HR Administrator**
- Proven ability and experience of working in a varied HR generalist/Admin role or a CIPD Level 3
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Ability to use statistical and other data to produce reports
