Overview

Our client specialises in providing accounting, taxation, and advisory services, based in London. Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for aSupervisorto assist their senior teamin preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.

About the role

This role would suit a dynamic individual, looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Management Team, the Supervisor willcomplete valuable accounts, audit and tax work, as well as supporting the junior team.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Preparingstatutory accounts, corporation and self-assessment tax returns;
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of audits;
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns, monthly payroll and pension submissions when required;
- Preparing management accounts, tour reports and net worth statements when required;
- Liaising with clients and various third-party organisations including HMRC, financial organisations, tour managers and record labels;
- Managing trainee accountants and apprentices including day-to-day communication, succession planning and performance management.

The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, who is highly numerate. The person will have strong attention to detail and will have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
