**Role Specifics**

**Customer Service**
- Going above and beyond to ensure our high service is consistently delivered
- Dealing with any customer issues or complaints in a professional, caring and understanding manor, using initiative to resolve situations at the time and exceed satisfaction levels
- Assisting holiday makers and all guests to enjoy their stay by having an excellent knowledge of what is available on the park and the surrounding area
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- To complete any other duties requested of you by the management team
- To support other customer facing departments, as required

**Reception**
- Ensuring incoming calls are answered promptly and efficiently
- Checking-in guests for their stays
- Booking holidays and calling leads to offer quotes for future holidays and assisting with their requirements
- Maintaining the Reception area, ensuring it is presented to a high standard at all times
- Taking payments and processing banking daily

**Essential Requirements**
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Self-motivated and commitment to delivering excellent service
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
- An eagerness to learn and develop

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour
