**Position Overview**:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our Telford-based sales team, focusing on booking and conducting property viewings, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and actively participating in cold calling and ring rounds. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in real estate sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Booking and Conducting Viewings**:

- Schedule and coordinate property viewings with potential buyers and sellers.
- Accompany clients during viewings, showcasing property features, and addressing inquiries.

**High Standard of Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Address client concerns, inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Cold Calling and Ring Rounds**:

- Engage in proactive cold calling activities to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Participate in ring rounds to follow up on potential leads and maintain client relationships.

**Negotiation and Sales Support**:

- Work closely with senior sales negotiators to negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Provide administrative support in drafting contracts, managing paperwork, and coordinating transactions.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in real estate and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

**Training and Development**:

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
