**HR Officer |Weybridge | Full-time | Permanent | £30,000 - £32,000 + Performance Bonus**
**Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.**
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our clients for a HR Officer to join their organisation who are based within an exceptional office building in Weybridge, Surrey.
**Role Duties**:
- Undertake all HR administration for the HR department
- Update HR databases with all employee changes i.e., new starters, leavers, movers and benefit changes
- Responsible for the HR inbox, monitoring and responding to incoming queries and escalating anything more senior to the Head of HR
- Complete thorough and enhanced pre-employment checks
- Provide regular HR related reports and information required for audits
- Work closely with other departments to provide HR data and information when required
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects
- Solid experience within a similar HR Officer role, a minimum of two years’ HR experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and ability of working with highly confidential information
- People centric in your approach
- Good ability to build successful working relationships across all levels
