We are looking to recruit an experienced Market Information Adviser to join our Innovation Team.

**PURPOSE**

To provide businesses with information suitable to support their growth and innovation needs.

To work with Innovate UK Business Growth clients to provide high quality market information to support their growth, innovation and internationalisation needs.

To work with Innovate UK Business Growth, regional stakeholders and Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in the UK and other countries to identify and collate information to support the needs of target businesses.

To search, identify and manage national and international partnering opportunities for clients.

Using CRM and data analytics tools and techniques, you will work with team managers and the wider innovation team to help optimise performance and ensure CRM integrity

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake UK and global business and market intelligence research on behalf of selected southwest based companies.
- Liaise with the Innovation & Growth Specialist to identify and collate information to support the needs of their clients.
- Support the Information Team with day-to-day enquiry handling to provide business information and signpost to the relevant point of support
- Support the Information Team with the delivery of the Enterprise Europe Network information services, e.g. info on EU market, EU regulations, international partner search.
- Ensure that clients that are signposted to relevant regional partners are actioned and followed up to ensure the customers’ needs have been met.
- Ensure that all client interaction has been updated on the CRM system records and the required level of detail is maintained.
- Ensure that, wherever possible, all client support and outputs are being captured and recorded against the key targets for Innovate UK Business Growth and Enterprise Europe Network.
- Support the Information team with the handling of the enquiry inbox and referrals from the Innovate UK Business Growth National Enquiry Gateway (NEG).
- Collaborate with colleagues across all Business West programmes, projects and services, to ensure that benefits of cross-functional working are achieved.
- To help maintain project administrative systems, files and records.
- To undertake continuous personal development to meet the Business West standards.
