**Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bear Care - Stapleford Day Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of young children aged 3 months to 11 years, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support as they grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote children's development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support children's transitions.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members in their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 or above).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting with young children.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for nurturing children's development and promoting their well-being.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,600.00 per year
