To administer, support and when required lead on the maintenance, and further development of all aspects of contracts compliance, which may include (but not exclusive to):

- Training scheduling and liaison;
- Sub-contractor onboarding;
- Government funding streams (various);
- Project installation commissioning;
- Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS);
- Safety Scheme in Procurment (SSIP) various;
- Quality Accreditations (Various) and
- ISO (9001,14001,and 45001).

Experience in all the above is not essential, but a good overall understanding of administration processes and an ability to work on unrelated activities simultaneously, accurately, and timely is key to this role.

The role will require excellent people and communication abilites, as the role will involve requesting and qualifying data across all company divisions and departments and at all levels.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

**EXPERIENCE**

At least 2 years in a similar role with comparible goals and responsibilities, or in a role(s) with appropriate transferable skills and responsibilities.

**EDUCATION**

Foundation Degree or transferable skills and/or experience.

**CHARACTERISTICS**

Due to the rapid, and continued growth of the company, a robust attitude to change management together with the flexibilty to assist staff impacted by that change.

Excellent communicator, specifically with the abilitly to be constantly aware of the wider company and group of companies’ impact on any processes and change.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Experience of Management Systems and audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand how management systems will be actually used and ensure that the system is relevant and useful to staff members and not just a box ticking exercise.
- High level of autonomy and ability to deliver across all Divisions or Departments with mínimal supervision.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS**
- Previous experience in Construction administration.
- Knowledge, understanding or experience with renewable energy.
