About The Role
**The way RAC engages future talent is changing, we have a rare opportunity to join RAC's Resourcing function, on a 6 monthFTC basis, supporting the transformation of Exec and Senior level recruitment for one of the UK's most trusted brands.**
The core purpose of this role is to solely deliver the Exec talent acquisition service, as part of the wider RAC Resourcing function being responsible for attracting, selecting and on-boarding talent at senior levels of the organisation.
A key part of this responsibility is to assist in developing the RAC employer brand in the market, pro-actively owning messaging and presence across all media channels to drive positive interactions with and views of our brand.The Talent Specialist is accountablefor ensuring a consistent pipeline of exec & SLT level talent as vacancies arise, support the development of the talent pipeline and advise hiring managers on appropriate resourcing practice.
We’re seeking a passionate executive recruiter to join the team, and work within an outcome driven function.In order to be successful, you'll have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- Senior level and exec headhunting
- Highly experienced at using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms in order to engage both active, and passive talent.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage senior talent pools, across a variety of sectors.
- Experienced at managing senior level stakeholder relationships, at board level.
- Demonstrate gravitas, and advanced interpersonal & influencing skills.
